Chelsea and Tony are engaged! I met them last week in Holcomb Gardens for their engagement session. Chelsea and Tony are such a fun couple, I can tell they love to have fun and Tony loves to make Chelsea laugh. They are getting married next Spring at the beautiful Ritz Charles!
